Nutrition experts advise people over the age of 30 to change their diet by reducing the use of certain foods, perhaps the first to give up sugar, because it is toxic to fatty tissue.

"Excessive consumption of the product leads to chronic inflammation of the fatty tissue, leading to all age-related diseases such as arterial hypertension, arteriosclerosis and diabetes," said Dr. Michael Gainsburg, according to Vechernaya Moskva.

The diet should not include fast food and snacks, such as fried potatoes, crispy potatoes and others. The nutritionist warned that trans fats lead to atherosclerosis and even more so-called saturated fatty acids.

Ginsberg stressed the need to replace sunflower, corn and soybean oils with olive oil and flaxseed.

Meat manufactured from sausages, bacon, martadilla and white flour products were also included in the list of hazardous products to persons over the age of 30 years.
