A nanny cuts a girl's head and walks around the streets of Moscow

A four-year-old girl, who was her nanny, and a small head in the streets of the Russian capital, Moscow, were terrified by passersby before being arrested by local police.

Gluchekhar Popokulova, 38, a mother of three, told reporters in court on Wednesday that she had cut off the girl's head and burnt the apartment because it was "God ordered me," noting that she "will die within a week," according to the newspaper " Daily Mail "newspaper.

Police found the remains of Anastasia Mitchirakova in her bed at her home in northwest Moscow. Security sources said investigators believed the woman was mentally ill and it was too early to talk about the charges she would face before being subjected to psychological examination.

"I hate democracy, I am a terrorist, I will blow myself up and kill you all," she said. "You have become very cruel, you have destroyed so many of us, I am a suicide bomber, I will die, and my death will come on the Day of Resurrection."
